FightBred is a small business run by Yarka in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy from us, and what we do with it.

When you order

At checkout you enter your name, email address, phone number and shipping address on Stripe's secure checkout page. We receive those details and what you ordered, so we can ship it. Stripe handles your payment card details: we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse

• This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• Our website doesn't record visitors' IP addresses. The company that hosts it may keep short technical logs to run the service and keep it secure.
• Your bag is saved in your own browser (local storage), so it is still there if you reload the page. It stays on your device until you check out.

How we use your information

To process, pack and ship your order; to contact you about it; to handle returns, exchanges and refunds; and to keep the business records (for example for taxes) that the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe, which processes payments (see Stripe's privacy policy),
• the postal service or courier that delivers your order,
• the company that hosts this website.

We don't sell or rent your personal information. Some of these services may store information outside Canada, for example in the United States.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your order, returns and refunds, and for the business and tax records the law requires us to keep.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The shop owner's admin page uses one login cookie, for the owner only. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies, described in Stripe's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Contact us at fightbredgear@gmail.com.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
