Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from FightBred on this website. FightBred is a small business run by Yarka in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The price of your items, the shipping and any taxes are shown on Stripe's secure checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when your payment goes through and you see our thank-you page. If we can't fill your order (for example, the last pair in your size sold at the same moment), we'll contact you and refund you in full. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Prices, delivery times and what US customers should know about duties are on our shipping page.

Using the mitts

Bag mitts have less padding than boxing gloves; that is what they are for. Train within your limits, build up gradually, and stop if your hands hurt.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
